The product is a remote cost segregation report for one single-family rental, built for your CPA to review. Invoice entity: Elite Properties LLC.

Standard $495 — 7 days after inputs complete. Express $695 — 3 days after inputs complete. Rush $895 — 1 business day after inputs complete, subject to availability. Clock starts when the photo checklist is complete.

If after intake the property is not a single-family rental we can analyze, or it has no meaningful short-life components, we refund the fee before the clock starts. If we deliver the report and your CPA will not use the file, we refund the fee. We do not refund because the tax result differed from an illustration.

We do not file the return, issue a CPA opinion, perform an on-site inspection, stamp a PE certification, or provide audit defense. Your CPA owns tax treatment.
